Q: What is Stratus?
A: Stratus is an annual membership program developed by Cloud9 to provide our most loyal fans with exclusive access, merchandise, and experiences.
Q: How can I become a Stratus member?
A: Potential Stratus members are sent unique, one-time use Invite Codes via email at the start of registration periods. Memberships are very limited! To be notified when our next registration period is planning to open up, subscribe to our Stratus Mailing List.
Q: I’m a current Stratus Member and have an inquiry, where do I go? (e.g. Shipping, Membership Program questions, Payment inquiries, etc.)
A: For current Members, be sure to send your inquiries directly to email@example.com. Include your Full Name, and a brief summary of your inquiry. You’ll be helped within 36 hours.
Q: What is the Return Policy on any physical goods that come with my Stratus Membership ?
A : In the event the products within a Crate received are defective or include sizes different than the size you selected please send your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org within seven(7) days of receiving your crate to coordinate an exchange. You may be required to return the products as directed.
Q: Can I cancel and / or pause my Stratus Membership?
A : Requests to cancel and/or pause your Stratus Membership will be managed case by case, please send your inquiry directly to email@example.com. Include your Full Name, and a brief summary of your inquiry.
Q: When can I expect to receive my first Stratus Delivery?
A: Due to COVID-19 and Shipping constraints during the holiday season, boxes are anticipated to arrive in early January 2021.
